Machine Operator Academy Opening

Do you have machine operating experience or display mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn? Are you looking to change careers and learn a skill that will result in a lucrative career? Midwest Packaging and Container is a respected and thriving company that produces corrugated cartons used in industrial manufacturing and is seeking applicants for their Operator Academy program. Members of the program will receive specialized training from experience trainers via multi-media platforms and hands-on experience.

Starting rate is negotiable based on experience and compensation increases are given as the prospect develops in the Academy towards being a certified operator.

Mechanical Experience or Machine Operation Experience required

Computer skills

Basic math skills

Can operate power tools, drills, hand tools, etc.

Read a tape measure.

Lift up to 50lbs

Train M-F 12pm-8pm and then put on 2nd or 3rd shift
